General Purpose of the Position The American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association (AMRPA) seeks candidates to fill the AMRPA Government Relations and Regulatory Policy Counsel. This position is responsible for developing and pursuing the Association’s policy agenda at the federal level, focused on health care issues of interest to the medical rehabilitation industry. The position requires the ability to work with internal colleagues, outside counsel, the Association’s volunteer leadership and hospital provider members, and government stakeholders, as well as the patient, consumer, and scientific communities in Washington, DC.
