Key Responsibilities Fundraising & Development Develop and execute robust fundraising strategies to grow annual revenue Actively lead fundraising efforts including events, campaigns, and donor outreach Build and sustain donor relationships, expanding the Foundation’s base of support Grants & Financial Stewardship Oversee successful grant applications and funder communications Manage organizational budget, donor proposals, and financial reporting Ensure sound fiscal operations, transparency, and compliance Relationship & Stakeholder Management Serve as a passionate ambassador for the mission across stakeholders
