This position supervises the Accounting Department which currently includes two direct reports.   The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all accounting functions of the business including internal controls and policies, tax compliance, annual audit process, and ensuring financial reporting is timely, accurate, and in compliance with GAAP.  Specific duties of the Accounting Manager include: Oversee year-end audits Coordinate month-end close process Prepare monthly financial statements and internal management reports Reconcile intercompany account balances Perform monthly P&L and cash flow analysis Complete various ad hoc internal financial reports as needed Develop and implement accounting
