The Vice President of Membership and Components serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive membership growth, retention, and engagement strategies while overseeing the organizations component relations and volunteer engagement programs. This role leads a team of directors and managers to deliver exceptional member value, foster meaningful connections across ACOGs Districts and Sections, and drive sustainable revenue growth through innovative membership initiatives. The VP ensures seamless integration between membership services and component activities to create a unified, compelling member experience throughout the entire membership lifecycle.
