The Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin is in search of a dynamic, organized, and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in meeting/event planning and program development. The Director of Events & Programs will be a key player in advancing our mission and vision, taking charge of planning, executing, and enhancing all aspects of meetings, events, and educational programs. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will work collaboratively across departments to elevate existing and introduce new events and programs that engage and enrich HBA members. Accountability: The Director of Events & Programs reports to the CEO.
