The Membership Manager is an integral part of the CAA team, driving overall membership and owning the member and stakeholder experience within the framework of the association’s strategic repositioning. We are looking for a proactive, goal-driven, team player who enjoys customer interaction, creative problem solving, critical thinking, and further advancement of the association. Reporting to the Head of Constituency Engagement, the Membership Manager plays a key role in developing and communicating membership strategies and its value to recruit and retain members.
