Education: 1. Bachelor’s degree in education, hospitality management, event planning, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in education administration, event management, or association management, preferably in the hospitality or venue industry.
3. Knowledge of safety and security principles, practices, and regulations relevant to venue management, including crowd management, emergency preparedness, and risk assessment. 4. Experience with learning management systems (LMS), online course development, and virtual training platforms.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including volunteers, members, vendors, and industry partners.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and online collaboration tools.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
