Job Summary
We’re looking for someone who brings **good energy to the office** while keeping things organized and running smoothly. You should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and great with people—because this role is all about making sure our certification programs stay on track and that members get the support they need.
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our Plant Certification, Plant Evaluation, Personnel Certification, and Product Listing programs on point. From managing program data to assisting members and coordinating logistics, your job is to keep the wheels turning—without letting the details slip through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the friendly face (or voice) for certification inquiries helping members with applications, updates, and troubleshooting.
Answer calls and emails with professionalism and a “we’ve got this” attitude.
Support the team by scheduling meetings, prepping materials, and keeping things organized.
Keep certification data in check tracking deadlines, processing applications, and ensuring accuracy.
Assist in committee work helping with research, materials, and projects.
Coordinate plant inspections and audits in partnership with external agencies.
Travel occasionally to NPCA conventions and conferences.
Update and refine SOPs to keep processes running efficiently.
Work across departments to improve the member experience and find solutions.
