OVERVIEW The Program Manager, Recognition is responsible for the administrative management and coordination of the Society’s Marketing Communications Awards (MCA) program, the SMPS Fellows Program, Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) credentialing program and other recognition programs. This role ensures the smooth operation of these programs through efficient administration, stakeholder support, and data management while enhancing member engagement and visibility. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while supporting volunteer committees and program participants.
