The American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC) seeks a passionate Membership and Marketing Specialist to join our team to increase brand awareness, drive revenue, and grow membership. Job Summary: The Membership and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing membership activities including recruitment, retention, and engagement. This position will support the Director, Marketing and Membership in the oversight of the member database (AMS) and growing revenue. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage projects while also providing member/customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Create, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, social media, and print.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, including the website, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Data Management: Manage and maintain the membership database (AMS).
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate programs and ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Member/Customer Support: Assist in responding to members’ requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a membership or marketing role, preferably with an association.
Proficient in using Association Management Systems (AMS), marketing software, WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to travel, as needed (1-2 times per year).
Experience working with medical associations, a plus.
