Position Description: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this newly created position is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the design, planning, and implementation of a successful fundraising program. The Senior Manager, Development achieves InterAction’s goals by partnering with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, director of membership, program managers, and Board members, to develop strategies for expanding fundraising opportunities and increase engagement with individual foundation donors. This is a full-time position based in Washington, D.C. InterAction maintains a hybrid work environment and employees are eligible to telework three days a week and required to work in the office two days a week. Employees are required to be based in t
