The International Pain and Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS) is an international, multi-specialty physician association dedicated to leading the advancement of science and standards for Interventional Pain Medicine.
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Membership and utilize excellent organization, customer service, follow-up, and software skills to support membership, volunteer management, marketing, and meeting activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report Generation
Compile mailing lists
Generate reports on marketing communications performance
Maintain registration and benchmarking reports
Create membership data reports
Volunteer Engagement and Support
Develop, update and maintain all volunteer information, reports, and rosters
Coordinate volunteer appointment letters
Collect, organize, and maintain volunteer applications, disclosures, and copyright assignments
Handle fundraising correspondence
Membership Services and Renewals
Manage mail processing, dues deposits, and address corrections
Handle order fulfilment and related inquiries
Assist in member application processing
Coordinate and perform membership renewal calls
Route member inquiries, calls, and contact forms
Miscellaneous
Make requested updates to association’s website
Provide administrative assistance to organization’s staff, as needed
Assist with events and perform staff on-site duties for labs and meetings, as needed
Other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 2 years of relevant experience required.
Excellent computer and software skills required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe, etc.
Demonstrated ability to create reports containing large amount of data.
Strong administrative, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Yourmembership.com or other membership database is a plus.
High level of initiative, motivation, and desire to learn.
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to travel, including international travel.

Currently, IPSIS maintains small offices in the Chicago and San Francisco Bay areas, but all employees work remotely. Relocation is not required. Telecommuting is allowed.
