What we're looking for: We are seeking a motivated intern responsible for assisting in day-to-day logistics including maintaining exhibitor database, communicating with current/sponsor exhibitors, and coordinating meeting materials for the RSNA Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting. The paid internship will being in early September and end mid December 2024. 15-20 hours per week, additional hours available during the RSNA annual meeting December 1-4.   What you'll do: Assist in the maintenance of the exhibitor and sponsorship database Assist in the processing and communication of exhibitor’s booth activities   Assist in the coordination and production of marketing activities Assist in the tracking/proofing
