Position Overview: The Development Director is responsible for leading all fundraising and development initiatives and will work closely as a thought partner with the CEO. The Director will design and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to support CHADD’s mission, programs, and resources. The Director will cultivate relationships with individual and corporate donors, sponsors, and partners, and implement strategies to enhance donor engagement and retention. Primary Duties: Develop and implement annual, long-term, and short-term fundraising strategies in alignment with CHADD’s mission and strategic plan.
