The Coordinator, Membership is a key position responsible for executing the association’s membership processes. We are seeking someone who is task-oriented, driven by process, motivated by the opportunity for growth, and excited to join a dedicated and efficient team. The position reports to the Senior Director, Membership Development & Operations while working closely with IT, accounts payable and membership teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and run the monthly database membership dues renewal process. Respond to renewal inquiries and update member records.
Administer new member data and communication process including preparing mailing vendor data file.
Assist with data integrity and data analysis. Identify potential database and processing issues/inconsistencies.
Research and resolve member and chapter inquiries related to membership.
Assist vendor with lapsed member calling program by providing data files, reviewing completed files, and identifying and communicating trends with the team.
Additional tasks related to membership processes.

Requirements
Minimum of a two-year associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience. Office and/or association experience required. Minimum of 2-4 years related membership, database management or customer service experience.
· Strong verbal and written skills, detail-oriented, organization and customer service skills.
· Motivation to improve processes, work as part of a dynamic team to meet membership goals.
· Able to deliver effective results, prioritize and manage numerous projects simultaneously.
· Ability to administer membership processes according to schedule and accurately. Position requires daily database work.
· Solid technology skills: MS Office (Advanced Excel preferred), netFORUM or other web-based association management system (AMS).
