The American Statistical Association (ASA), a non-profit professional society located in Old Town Alexandria, is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Services team.  We provide our members and customers with publications, educational offerings, and meetings to advance the statistics profession.  The Customer Care Representative provides prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to all members and customer inquiries covering the association’s full range of products and services; generates the appropriate follow-up activity, fulfillment, and record keeping necessary to complete the transactions; and assists in the daily activities involved in maintaining thorough and accurate records required to fully service the association’s members and customers.  The Custome
