Come join the committed team of employees at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS), a member-driven trade association representing traditional drug stores, supermarkets, and mass merchants with pharmacy chains. NACDS is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources & Administration to oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Human Resources function and strategy for the organization.

As the VP of HR & Administration, you will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of the following HR functions: employment law, talent acquisition and management, total rewards/compensation, benefits, performance management, learning and development, payroll, employee relations, employee engagement, employee retention, diversity and inclusion, risk management, health/safety, and employee wellbeing. You will also oversee NACDS’ facilities and office services function and supervise the Director of Payroll & Benefits and the Office Services staff. This position reports to the President & CEO.
Qualified candidates offer:
15 years of experience in HR management
Experience with HRIS
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws & regulations
Experience at a nonprofit/trade association
