The Kentucky Credit Union League is seeking our next President/Chief Executive Officer. We are a small and thriving trade association, committed to the well-being of financial cooperatives across Kentucky and the consumers they serve. Our 52 member credit unions (representing 95% affiliation of our potential members) are highly supportive of the work we do in education, advocacy, and collaboration.
Our trade association is an independent entity proud of our autonomy and with a bright future ahead. Our President/CEO reports to a 14-person Board of Directors (made up of credit union CEOs and one credit union volunteer) and collaborates with a team of 7 employees to fulfill our purpose of promoting growth, unity, and vitality of credit unions. This is accomplished through the highest levels of leadership and professional service, quality information, and programs that enhance credit unions’ ability to exist, compete, and prosper in the financial marketplace.
Located in Louisville, our office is about one hour from our historic statehouse. Our local community offers some of the best quality of life in the United States, with a robust economy, a thriving food and culture scene, a commitment to inclusion, and some of the nation's highest affordability.
