The Sr. Coordinator Exhibit Sales & Services is responsible for exhibitor sales and services for RE+ Annual and RE+ regional events. As an organizational team member, they contribute to the implementation of RE+ strategic goals and objectives and uses sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
This position is part of the RE+ Events Sales team responsible for all activities related to providing excellent customer service and driving revenue producing opportunities for RE+ events. As part of a dynamic team, this Sr. Coordinator position is responsible for revenue goals on existing events as well as new sales opportunities and events. This coordinator will also manage several independent projects as assigned and will be required to report on sales numbers on specific projects.
Create and maintain impeccable customer relationships, including identifying customer needs and respond creatively, listening to information, asking questions and applying knowledge to determine solutions.
Lead the RE+ sales team’s customer service efforts by supporting exhibitors with customer service inquiries, welcome letters, deadline reminders, forms collection, etc., ensuring excellent customer service, quality control, and consistency of exhibitor experience for all RE+ Events. To include management of exhibitor services inboxes and service line
Assist Operations on the production of the exhibitor manual and upon completion assist with exhibitor’s questions
Assist with payment collections on exhibits, sponsorships and meeting rooms in a timely manner. Ensure all collections are complete 30 days prior to exhibitor move-in, work closely with finance team on RE+ Events assigned events and RE+ Annual
Sales lead on assigned RE+ Events and/or specific RE+ Annual projects. Responsible for managing sales budget, sales goals and all sales logistics associated with the event pre-show, on-site and post-show
Provide sales support for new growth initiatives as needed
Campaigns include phone calls, email, social media and industry tradeshow prospecting
Assist with exhibitor registration system CDS and MapYourShow set up and testing, exhibitor portals
Assist the Deputy Director of Sales with Exhibitor Council program development including design, vendor recruitment and training, session shaping, and processing
Manage and work with appropriate staff to evaluate all events, ensuring continual improvement and quality customer service
Provide accurate and timely reporting
Provide outstanding customer service support with rebooking of current exhibitors and sponsors
