Job Description:
Position Overview: The Program Manager will support the Member Engagement effort to elevate awareness of ABA’s training offerings. This role will work closely with stakeholders to proactively maintain current revenue streams while driving new revenue opportunities.
This position will engage directly with State Association Alliance, bankers and university partners to facilitate support for ABA’s BankExec software, a licensed financial management simulation supporting training and education needs across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with state associations and Universities serving as their primary point of contact for needs related to the BankExec simulation; ensure partners have current license agreements through the Office of General Counsel, coordinate and track invoicing through the Association Management Software Nimble, track self-registration payments made through the website, create BankExec Sessions, provide setup recommendations, troubleshoot login and technical issues.
- Serve as a liaison between ABA’s technical support teams and instructors to identify, communicate, test and troubleshoot and escalate technical needs for program software. Facilitate communications during sessions to ensure seamless client/member experience.
- Support the Relationship Sales Team and broader Membership and Member Experience teams by providing services in but not limited to the following systems: Qualtrics, Nimble, Novatus, MS Office, and Cornerstone on Demand (LMS). These tasks range from creating certificates for member clients, requesting License Agreements, creating program evaluations, creating invoices, and assigning courses in the LMS.
- Become familiar with ABA offerings to develop prospects and drive sales; answer incoming questions via ABA’s Training Inbox, help prospects identify and purchase trainings, identify and flag opportunities for up-sell and escalate to Relationship Managers.
- Support other In-Banking programs from materials preparation to delivery as needed.
- As needed, manage onsite delivery of the Business of Banking Program; assist in the preparation and dissemination of student materials and communications, run event pre-sessions, communicate with faculty, arrange travel, run BankExec onsite, manage client expectations and provide post-event recap to Relationship Managers.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in relationship building, sales or account management or customer experience required. Project management and technical experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, political science, psychology or related field preferred or commensurate experience
- Demonstrable experience managing and driving projects through completion; strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with staff at all levels. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to meet and achieve goals—intellectual curiosity and a proactive, resourceful workstyle
- Excellent communication and presentations skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and Adobe required; Working knowledge of SalesCloud preferred
