Mission of our Organization NPA’s mission is to provide leadership and support for the growth, innovation, quality and success of the Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model of care. Position Summary The Director of Digital Learning Content will be responsible for the development of comprehensive online courses that provide on-demand training utilizing a variety of multimedia formats for the successful operation of PACE organizations. The courses developed will have an expected lifespan of 3-5 years, employ a variety of learning modalities, and offer continuing education credit when applicable. This position will work with PACE subject matter experts, NPA staff and on-line course development partners to plan and develop new courses,
