The associate will serve as a primary resource for membership campaign content creation, promoting recruiting and retention programs, and supporting strategies to boost and retain memberships. This position will support the enhancement of the individual member experience and operationalize SNA Awards programs, including the Star Club and the National Director, Manager, and Employee of the year programs.
With guidance, the position develops strategies and promotional ideas for membership recruitment and retention campaigns including the annual membership campaign and seasonal membership drives and creates targeted activation campaigns to increase engagement. This position tracks membership statistics and trends and analyzes surveys to identify new prospects for membership and to monitor membership trends and patterns.
We are looking for customer/member service oriented, digital-first mindset with three + years of experience. The candidate must be willing and able to come into the SNA offices in Arlington, VA at least two times per week.
