The School Nutrition Association is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of eLearning & Speaker Relations Associate. This position helps to develop, plan, and implement SNA’s eLearning offerings. The position manages the overall Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining system functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring Continuing Education Credits are tracked. This position will also moderate webinars and handle all aspects of speaker relations, including the call for proposal process, speaker prep, on site speaker management, and leverage conference programming and speakers to plan SNA “best of” conference webinar series. Under the direction of the Education Director, the associate engages with the educational design consultant and subject matter experts to create courses.
The position also maintains data integrity rules and processes, updates course descriptions, sets up courses, enters speaker information, uses HTML to update content, and troubleshoots with the support of the LMS software provider.

The candidate must be willing and able to come in to the SNA offices in Arlington, VA at least two times per week.
