Purpose of Job
The Education Producer Specialist reports to the education director, and supports the production and continuous improvement of CAI education and credentialing programs.
Edit education materials using e-Learning authoring tools and other software—such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline 360, Zoom, Powerpoint, Adobe Connect, etc., and video-editing tools.
Provide administrative, behind the scenes support for CAI courses, webinars, and credentials. Tasks include using the Learning Management System and the membership database to run reports and communicate with participants.
Coordinate projects in support of education programs such as webinars and courses.
Perform customer-facing tasks such as hosting webinars and assisting individual students.
Bachelor’s degree in any field
2-5 years’ experience
Proficient in a range of software, including MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint; video editing, and ability to host learning events in Zoom
Writing and editing
Interpersonal skills such as the ability to lead meetings, host webinars, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Demonstration of commitment to lifelong learning, through membership in professional associations and/or pursuit of credentials.
