Worldwide ERC is seeking a Corporate Liaison who will lead our efforts to engage current corporate members and building out new relationships with corporate mobility professionals. The role will be responsible for running and creating new experiences for networking and benchmarking opportunities for the current client segment as well as identifying prospects at all stages of their career to create a pipeline for new members. As well as this responsibility, you can expect your duties to include the following:
Essential Functions: The qualified candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position either with or without reasonable accommodation.
Create and lead networking groups, after defining the types of groups needed within the industry
Build lasting relationships with current corporate members in order to create a stickiness for future engagement and growth.
Identify opportunities for sales of additional products, such as benchmarking, learning and events
Work with senior management to define corporate sales targets and goals that are in line with the overall objectives of the company
Work with senior management to create initiatives for segment growth
Deliver sales proposals, targeted to specific prospects
Partner with Marketing and Business Development Lead to get prospects from business development pipeline further into the funnel.
Build extensive knowledge of trends and companies in the industry, as well as evolving products and services
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree required. At least 5 years of in depth industry experience needed.
Experience working with an ethnically, culturally and racially diverse work staff preferred; ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required.
