Urology Care Foundation, the official foundation of The American Urological Association (AUA), the premier urologic association providing support to the urologic community, is currently searching for an Individual Giving Coordinator position located in our Linthicum, Maryland office.
The successful candidate must be organized, detailed oriented, have strong customer service skills and bring to the table a collaborative, team-oriented set of professional values. The Individual Giving Coordinator provides assistance and coordination for the Foundation’s individual fundraising programs, including: Annual giving, donor stewardship; donor database management, prospect mining and research; event fundraising; state and federal registrations; and other development functions as needed to support fundraising objectives. The successful candidate must be able to make decisions based on knowledge, experience, understanding of department strategic objectives. You will work collaboratively with the Industry Relations and Development Department, in addition to the Finance teams and staff across the organization.

Is detailed, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve department revenue goals through prospect and donor outreach. The candidate will prepare visit reports and follow-up correspondence.
Proficiency with development/database management software for revenue tracking and fundraising “moves management,” helping to identify, steward and cultivate the existing database and grow a pipeline of prospects. The Foundation’s current database consists of over 30,000 constituents, which includes both membership and the public.
Responsible for coordinating ongoing donor acknowledgment, appreciation, and recognition consistent with gift level.
Previous fundraising or healthcare sales experience and a proven track record of individual donor/client cultivation and stewardship a must.
At least three-four years of project-based coordination and responsibilities in individual giving fundraising, nonprofit or sales experience.
