POSITION SUMMARY
This position oversees the delivery of ICF educational content throughout all appropriate face-to-face and virtual delivery channels.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Leadership and Operations
  • Developing Department operating budget
  • Managing strategic tactics with team members to drive content that supports the educational agenda for ICF stakeholders.
  • Leads Assistant Director of Education and Education Technology team members by coordinating project workflow, conducting regular performance conversations, and coordinating professional development opportunities.
  • Main department point of contact for ICF Family Organizations and GE Departments
 
Research and Monitor Educational Opportunities and Needs
  • Complete an expansive horizon scan of educational program content currently delivered by ICF programming and external allied partner organizations.
  • Leverage horizon scan data to identify which ICF educational programming will serve the relevant coaching trends, align with ICF strategies, and adhere to continuing education guidelines.
  • Liaise with ICF Research Department data to identify elements of ICF member/industry research that can be leveraged to produce high-quality educational offerings.
  • Liaise with all ICF Departments to prepare policy reports or other position papers deemed necessary for consideration by ICF Boards.
 
Strategic Program Development and Delivery
  • Leads the implementation of strategic goals through educational programming.
  • Lead on content strategy for ICF educational programming.
  • Establish and facilitate the adoption and redesign of policies and best practices for ICF education and its stakeholders (presenters, volunteers, and attendees)
  • Liaise with ICF family organizations and departments to recommend appropriate content and subject matter for programming.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
 
  1. Undergraduate degree
  2. Experience working with various virtual learning platforms.
  3. Experience developing and planning adult learning programs.
  4. Experience managing and working with volunteers.
  5. Communicate effectively to a globally diverse audience.
  6. Possess excellent organizational skills; strong ability to plan and prioritize work.
  7. Strong attention to detail
  8. Ability to remain flexible and adaptive to changes in work environment.
  9. Committed to continuous learning and development.
