About PIAG: The Printing & Imaging Association of Georgia (PIAG) has served Georgia’s dynamic graphic communications industry for over 125 years. As the voice of the industry in Georgia, PIAG supports graphic communicators of all kinds from printers to imagers to designers and beyond. PIAG's three arms (association, insurance agency, and educational foundation) are all here to help members succeed. PIAG’s mission is to be an indispensable business partner to its’ members.
PIAG's membership reaches all facets of the industry. Businesses represented in the association range from large-scale commercial printers to mom & pop local print shops. The highly engaged membership consists of printing & imaging owners, CEOs, managers, professionals, designers, marketers, and in-plant personnel, all working together in helping each other achieve business success.
President/CEO: The President/CEO of the Printing & Imaging Association of Georgia plans, operates, and controls the business activities of the Association as well as develops and executes its overall objectives, plans, and policies. S/he must have the ability to run the operations of multiple small businesses simultaneously as well as the vision to direct the Association’s future efforts in providing services and assistance to its members. S/he must also act as the spokesperson for the association to the public and the print community at large. The 501(c)6 association owns and operates two other entities for which the President/CEO is responsible: a 501(c)3 Educational Foundation and PIAG Insurance, a full-service, for-profit insurance agency.
PIAG is seeking an interim leader for a 6–12-month term to manage the operations of the three entities while also helping the board of directors navigate the changing environment and structure in which the association operates. Depending on the direction the board of directors chooses, the role may extend into a full-time position.

About the Successful Candidate: The board of directors will consider individual applicants as well as association management companies. The successful candidate can demonstrate experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: association management, business leadership, group health insurance, property and casualty insurance, working with boards of directors, association mergers, budgeting and finance, sales, data management and integrity, and staff development.
