American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) is looking for talented, thought leaders to help shape the hotel industry’s state and local policy agendas. Working with our members - from iconic global hotel brands to major ownership groups to the independent inns - and state/local policy maker organizations, the Director, State & Local Government Affairs will assist in the development and execution of the strategies that are of high priority to AHLA’s membership.

Successful candidates will have experience in state and/or local government or advocacy. Demonstrated ability to work in diverse political climates, ability to build and foster relationships.
