Reporting to the Executive Director, this individual is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and marketing functions to support the needs of the organization. In addition, this individual performs various office coordination functions. The performance of duties will be in a manner that recognizes a commitment to CRCC and its customers.
Support the offices of the Executive Director, Director of Training & Education, Certification and Operations Manager.
Coordinate arrangements for meetings of the Board and Committees, including meeting scheduling and hotel accommodations/travel for attendees.
Prepare and post/distribute meeting materials as directed.
As directed, follow-up on tasks resulting from meetings.
Assist with development and distribution of routine, electronic communications.
Engage in periodic projects to maintain or enhance data integrity by conducting data entry and/or report preparation.
Maintain the professional appearance of the office suite and arrange for maintenance as needed.
Maintain adequate office supplies and replenish as necessary.
Assist marketing consultant in the development of a content strategy for each digital channel.
Develop strategic content workstreams to support traffic and lead generation goals.
Assist with creating fresh content and innovative strategies for content reuse.
Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop high quality social media posts and other content products.
Post, track, analyze, and interpret metrics to assess the efficacy of content. Recommend strategy changes to increase effectiveness of content and resources.
Manage all website content including integration with third party services for CRCC and e-business solutions.
Work with marketing consultant to develop, monitor, and maintain all social communication tools and content among CRCC social media channels.
Coordinate and execute all media and marketing activities that promote CRCC, CRC Certification, and eUniversity across a variety of target audiences at local, regional, and national levels.
Review content performance data and develop reports and dashboards and share with internal management.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or appropriate combination of education and significant experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, account management or a related field.
Experience analyzing and developing marketing content, communications, and visual strategies that support the brand.
Experience working within and maintaining client identity standards across channels.
Coordinating the development & deployment of marketing collateral.
Experience working with and supporting internal/external marketing services ranging from; digital media, consumer insights, messaging, creative, analytics, and identify management.
Experience managing online communities including the design and implementation of creative communication and engagement techniques.
Understanding of HTML editing, broadcast email, and social media preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities within demanding timetables.
Proficient software skills and proven experience using Microsoft Office Operating Systems and Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Effective organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented.
Strong writing and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with distribution lists and mass emails.
