The Job and What Will Challenge You Every Day (not all-inclusive)
Region and Chapter Relations Activities:
Support Director, Region and Chapter Relations, and Manager, Chapter Relations, on regional and chapter programs, communications, and initiatives.
Coordinate and execute senior leadership visits to chapters.
Track and monitor regional administration, including visits conducted by RVPs and expense reports.
Monitor dedicated email inbox and other communications as needed. Maintains chapter files and records.
Assist in coordinating chapter leader and IAE training webinars and outreach calls
Coordinate annual chapter recognition program.
Collaborate with Chapter Relations Manager to monitor and update chapter services section of IREM website.
Meetings and Conferences Activities:
Support Senior Manager, Meetings and Conferences, with administrative and logistical tasks for meetings and conferences, including planning and onsite support.
Manage registration for annual meeting.
Coordinate shipping to and from conferences.
Research, contract, and manage third-party vendors.
What Will Help You Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience, preferably in an association/non-profit environment. Knowledge of association management systems is a plus as is meeting planning experience. We also seek talented individuals who possess strong communications skills and who enjoy collaborating in order to reach common goals.
