We are seeking a(n) motivated, positive, and detail oriented individual to join our Compliance and Quality Assurance Department.
Essential functions of the Quality Assurance Specialist position:
Maintain all aspects of Inteleos quality management systems and assist staff as needed with conformance and/or requests for exceptions to established systems;
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ISO 17024 standards and ANSI accreditation requirements;
Coordinate, facilitate and execute activities necessary to maintain ANSI accreditation, including the ANSI annual surveillance audit process, completion of the organizational Quality Management Report, and analysis of preventative action reports, corrective action reports and cross departmental audit results against ISO standards;
Serve as subject matter expert on all ANSI related QA processes; and
Participate in and represent the department as needed during discussions related to ANSI and organizational quality assurance matters.

The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field;
Minimum of two years of experience in an office environment;
Strong attention to detail and problem solving with superior analytical skills;
Superior time management and organizational skills;
Superior verbal and written communication skills, including in the ability to write concise, logical and grammatically correct letters and reports; and
Ability to maintain positive attitude under stressful conditions.
The successful candidate will work in our headquarter office located in Rockville, Maryland, must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Inteleos will not sponsor applicants for work-authorized status now or in the future) and pass an extensive background screening (criminal, education, and skills-assessment).
