Now for the obligatory standard job details……
Responsible for coordination of administrative details related to education, speaker management and recertification process for NPMA and AMS (managed association partners) meetings conferences, workshops, webinars and other educational opportunities. Assist with the maintenance and development of educational resources and provide member support for NPMA learning management system.
Coordinate recertification process for both NPMA and AMS conferences and online training to include all communication with applicable state departments of agriculture, coordination of credit information, post-conference submission and follow up with states
Assist in the development and maintenance of continuing education/ recertification SOPs.
Communicate and coordinate with conference speakers regarding logistics, presentations, travel and expenses
Coordinate and prepare on-site educational materials including recertification equipment, forms, speaker bios, moderators, etc.
Creation and maintenance of speaker database
Coordination and assistance with CEU modernization plan
Provide high quality member support via telephone and email
Manage NPMA Online Learning system
Managing technical / resource center social media presence
Assisting with the development of educational resources, including traditional and online learning content, podcasts, videos and webinars
Assist with promotion of educational resources, including online offerings available to NPMA members
Other duties as required

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
At least one (1) year experience in program management, education or other relevant experience, preferred
Must be able to work on project teams and share accountability/reward for achieving broader goal
Must possess strong initiative and be results-oriented
Requires excellent written and oral communication and project management skills
Requires intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Web applications
Proficiency with web based and desktop software, including audio/video editing software
