The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is looking for a business professional to join our team reporting to the Director, Global Membership Recruitment. This position will be responsible for establishing strategic plans and driving initiatives to recruit new EO members in existing chapters in accordance with EO’s strategic direction.
This role is designed for someone that is passionate about delivering growth across the organization. We are looking for someone that is as comfortable strategizing on growth initiatives to analyzing data. You will need to have outstanding communication skills and be exceptionally adept at project management as you will be juggling many projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify the opportunities and create strategies for new member recruitment within chapters. Identify and implement recruitment initiatives (both physical and digital) for large, mid-sized and small chapters to achieve EO’s recruitment goals. (Growth Initiatives)
Understand chapter’s recruiting patterns and challenges, identify recruitment opportunities, advise on new recruitment plans, provide forecasts and serve as a resource to the chapter membership officers in their process of identifying and recruiting new members. (Chapter recruitment forecast and support)
Establish and nurture relationships with chapter membership officers, regional recruitment experts and regional membership teams to identify chapters’ needs and opportunities for new member recruitment and chapter development. (Relationship building)
Collaborate with regional membership teams to achieve global membership goals. (New member goals accountability and tracking)
Maintain a high level of EO membership policy knowledge and serve as an advisor to the members on qualification criteria, renewing their yearly membership, joining a secondary chapter, transferring to another chapter and other membership related concerns. (Membership P&Ps advisory function)
Build and share recruitment resources (GLC training, newsletters, webinars, videos etc.). Train and support membership officers on recruitment best practices, policies and procedures. Works on specific projects, such as officer training workshops, as assigned by the Director, Membership Recruitment. (Training and resource building)
Membership Processing Team reports to this position.
Keep chapter membership officers and chapter administrators up-to-date with prospect and applicant processing.
Prepare and distribute new member reports for regional membership officers and attend meetings as required by the scope of business
Identify prospect management support requirements and work with the technology to develop solutions.

At least five years of experience in a service industry environment with at least three years of experience in indirect sales as an account manager or in a business development role.
Proven record of achieving targets and supporting business development and customer base potential within an organization.
Experienced in strategizing and delivering growth strategies both digitally and physically
Experienced in use of client relationship management software.
Strong project management skills required and ability to demonstrate an analytical mindset.
We are looking for an expert in sales and growth strategies with a demonstrated ability to convert at the global, regional and local level
Results driven with the ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals through relationship building and collaboration.
Ability to assess market data and information and to design and execute multiple plans to achieve the goal accordingly.
Digitally driven individual that is experienced in digital growth strategies including lead generation activities, social media platforms etc.
Excellent organizational skills and project management skills
Highly self-aware and an expert at navigating business environments and managing stakeholders
Good judgment and interpersonal communication skills are a must
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills – in fact, you love data and analytics
A fabulous team player that can also work independently
