What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented executive who will serve as a member of the executive team overseeing the Society's live, web-based and annual meeting educational activities. This role will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and management of RSNA educational content development and delivery to meet a diverse set of current and future customer needs. This role will provide support and guidance to the Board Liaison for Education, annual meeting programming and education-related committees.

What you'll do:
Assist in formulating Society long-range plans and administering programs to meet strategic goals. Serve as a member of the top executive team to assist the Executive Director in the daily management of the RSNA Headquarters operations.
Work with the Board Liaison for Education, committees, volunteer leaders, and staff to establish the vision and execution of educational initiatives to improve patient care. Oversee the entire portfolio of RSNA education including live and virtual events, digital and web-based education, and annual meeting education.
Oversee a team of staff in strategic development and implementation of educational programming at the RSNA Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting.
Oversee a team of staff in strategic development and implementation of non-annual meeting educational activities including international courses and other live events, web-based learning, and digital and distance education.
Provide leadership and management support to education-related committees.
Stay up-to-date on compliance rules and application to RSNA activities to maintain accreditation (ACCME).
Develop employees and manage performance within the division.
Drive the use of data to inform decision making and evaluate programs.
10 or more years of experience in adult education, association management (preferably in healthcare) and/or non-profit management
Demonstrated success managing both live and distance-based educational programs
Well-versed in physician education, ACCME criteria and guidelines
Knowledgeable in current education methodologies and technologies
Ability to think and plan strategically as well as manage execution
Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize work, problem solve and deliver results
Excellent communicator across all channels and audiences
Highly analytical with demonstrated success using data to drive decisions
Experience guiding volunteers in program strategy, development, delivery and evaluation
Proven success as a supervisor, coach and developer of staff
