The American College of Prosthodontists is seeking a full-time individual to serve as an the Membership & Operations Coordinator to our Membership/Academic Relations and Governance teams. This position involves front desk responsibilities as well as general office management tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented individual. This position provides administrative, project and communication support for the Directors of Membership/Academic Relations and the Director of Governance.
Candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, organizational and superior customer service skills are essential.

Educational Requirements: Associates Degree
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience
Preference is given to candidates with not-for-profit or association experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite essential. Must be willing to learn more applications.
