NAHB is seeking an Educational Webinars Manager who will provide project management and support of webinars and e-learning products for NAHB’s education department. The manager will work with stakeholders and outside entities to secure content and maintain quality assurance. Responsibilities also include approving and tracking e-learning events and webinar moderation.
Qualified candidates will have exceptional project and time management skills. Candidates should also have the proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and meet competing deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are essential. Superior problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also required. Candidates must have budget management experience. Experience working with virtual event platforms (e.g., Adobe Connect, CommPartners, GotoMeeting/Webinar) is required. Candidates should also be proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
A minimum of three years of project management experience in an e-learning/education environment is required, preferably in a non-profit organization, association, or government agency. Candidates should have experience using a Learning Management Systems (LMS) to offer e-learning courses as well as experience in live webinar moderation. A bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, project management, instructional design, and/or business administration; or equivalent in education and experience, is required.
