The American Society of Echocardiography, a membership society for cardiovascular imaging, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. Working in a team environment, this position will have direct contact with members and support the meetings and education departments. This position will work closely with our meeting planners and education staff and will be tasked with general clerical assignments
Specific Duties include:
First point of contact for phone lines for the meeting and Education departments.
Input meeting registrations received
Communicate with faculty to collect outstanding information on hotel reservations, confirmations, presentations, airport transfers, etc.
Deadline and due date tracking for contracts, payments, hotels and convention centers
Coordinate payment requests for faculty, hotels, convention centers, etc.
Prepare name badges, registration lists, sign inserts, and other administrative items
Handle product orders received
Package and ship orders for educational products
Upload Course Content to meeting app
Assist Products Manager and Meetings Department Manager with maintenance of inventory
Assist with packing, shipping and unpacking from ASE events
Competence in Windows Office software
Outstanding organization and communications skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects within tight deadlines.

A self-motivated worker at ease in a multi-tasking environment.
NOTES:
Additional Salary Information: Hourly, Non-Exempt
