The MDRT Foundation seeks a talented and team-oriented fundraising professional for a role that combines database management with fundraising campaign strategy and execution.
The Donor Operations Associate oversees database activities and client relationship management strategy for our grant making foundation. This includes creating and analyzing donor reports, gift entry and donor acknowledgments. Additionally this position has a focus on fundraising including being the team lead for the Phonathon as well as supporting campaigns that are held in conjunction with MDRT meetings and events. The Donor Operations Associate will also track the impact of the MDRT Foundation by managing and creating content around charities that receive MDRT Foundation grants.
Part of a three-person development team; reports to the Global Development Manager.
The ideal candidate has:
Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge constituent management database system (2-3 years)
Non-profit fundraising experience (2-3 years)
Gift processing or accounts receivable experience.
Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Products)
Ability to interact in a professional manner with senior management, member leadership, donors and prospective donors.
Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize work flow and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive.
Degree in a related field.
