The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating trainings for various programs within NADCP. The primary function of this role includes coordinating logistics, materials and personnel for trainings regarding those projects and any other duties that may be assigned from the division director. Primary duties include:
Coordinate logistics of trainings from start to finish - creating authorization forms for staff and consultant travel, working with jurisdictional point of contacts to complete pre-training duties, packing and shipping training materials, etc.
Maintaining continuous contact with coworkers, and professionals in the field
Assist in the editing and development of training workbooks
Maintaining records - expense spreadsheets, expense reports, evaluations, monthly reports, etc.
Reconciling statements on general ledgers
Additional duties assigned by the project director and/or division director
Project management skills
Effective communication (reading, writing, verbal)
Ability to meet all deadlines
