Reporting to the Director, Professional Development the Training and LMS Coordinator's focus will be on the three accreditation programs, webinar program management, and validating and tracking course compliance against American National Standards Institute/International Association for Continuing Education and Training (ANSI/IACET) standards.
In the role of Training and LMS Coordinator, you will also be responsible for creating and managing online courses and users within the learning management system (LMS). You will coordinate all aspects of training from registration, budget reports, customer service and credential management for both new applications and recertifications/renewals. You will also provide training coordination, administrative, and logistical support for instructor led, eLearning and virtual training events.
Relationship management skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external global customers and collaborate with them to achieve outstanding results.
Review and manage accreditation programs applications and renewals within a timeline. Communicate results with applicants.
Create reports on historical event/program attendance and participation rates; generate survey feedback reports and send to course delivery team.
Create and report on feedback surveys.
Consult with Director to identify issues, risks, process improvements and provide a monthly reporting on compile on completions and enrollments and budget.
Communicate with learners and trainers: confirm learning event logistics, pre-work assignments and changes.
Work with trainers to ensure the training guides are updated and accurate for all learners, order/prepare printed materials specific to each training session (e.g., agendas, handouts)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience working in a similar environment, or be an exceptional individual who can expand into this role at a fast pace.
3 - 5 years’ experience with project management and team management related to learning and content management, including help desk support.
Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet deliverables as well as routinely prioritize among major initiatives and operational tasks.
Conference education program support.
Attend and work annual international conference.
Ability to administer an Learning Management System, run reports, input data. Experience with Docebo LMS a strong plus.
Ability to work with minimal direction.
Highly proficient computer skills and written communication– must include use of Microsoft Office Suite, EXCEL, ADOBE
Familiarity with IACET/ANSI a plus.
Telecommuting is allowed.
